Why every company needs a 'Twitter Tsar' [Telegraph]

Last week the Government began its search for a digital chief, or more
precisely its ‘Executive Director of Digital’. The reason for my
pedantry over the title of this newly created role is that the job has
been jovially referred to across the media as a ‘Twitter Tsar’.
Eye-catching headlines aside, it’s important to properly understand
the Government’s need for a digital leader and also the immense value
a great one can bring an organization - which if selected correctly –
will more than justify the £142,000 advertised salary, despite it
being only £500 less than the Prime Minister’s wage.
